We can define ShBarcelona as a group of professionals from different disciplines and backgrounds who are part of an exciting business project born in 2000.

Originally, we have dedicated ourselves to accommodating people, both in accommodation modalities and in rentals, and year after year we have formed an extensive portfolio of flats and apartments, most of them magnificently equipped and located in the best areas of Barcelona.

We are members of Apartur and accredited as operators of 'Tourist Use Housing' (HUTS). We also belong to the Official College of Real Estate Agents and to the Association of Property Managers. All these institutions endorse our management and good practices.

Similarly, we certify extensive professional experience in real estate mediation, both in the purchase and sale of properties.

Acting with rigor and transparency, constantly optimizing all our processes and guaranteeing a high level of service quality, we have gained the trust of the most prestigious entities, companies, business schools, and universities, both nationally and internationally.

The objective of our Group's quality policy is to consolidate this reality within the framework of continuous improvement, and in this line, we have implemented a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

Scope of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard

  1. a. The provision of rental and real estate buying-selling services, cleaning of properties managed by the company, and insurance brokerage.
  2. b. The provision of services for renovations, maintenance, and interior design of properties.

For all these reasons, at ShBarcelona we commit to:

  • Comply with all legal requirements, as well as all those requirements subscribed to by the organization.
  • Promote continuous improvement of our processes to ensure the highest level of quality in all services provided.
  • Meet the real needs of our clients and other interested parties.
  • Ensure the ongoing training of all organization personnel.
  • Involve the organization's personnel in the management system and in the search for continuous improvement.

Through the development of these actions, ShBarcelona commits to continuous improvement of its Quality Management System.

Likewise, and to ensure that this Quality Policy is fulfilled, this Presidency commits to defining quality objectives consistent with it and to periodically reviewing the system to ensure its effectiveness.
