The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by DECOFLAT SL, thus showing interest in the information published on the Network. By joining our page, you provide us with your consent for the processing of those personal data published on your profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

DECOFLAT SL has access to and processes the user's public information, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network itself. It is not incorporated into any file.

Regarding the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, which you have and which can be exercised before DECOFLAT SL, in accordance with the GDPR, you must take into account the following nuances:

• Access: It will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access information from user profiles.
• Rectification: It can only be satisfied in relation to information under the control of DECOFLAT SL, for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself. Normally, this right must be exercised before the Social Network.
• Cancellation and/or Opposition: As in the previous case, it can only be satisfied in relation to information under the control of DECOFLAT SL, for example, ceasing to be linked to the profile.

DECOFLAT SL will carry out the following actions:

• Access to the profile's public information.
• Publication on the user's profile of all the information already published on DECOFLAT SL's page.
• Sending personal and individual messages through the Social Network's channels.
• Updates on the page's status that will be published on the user's profile.

The user can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections; for this, they must access their privacy settings.

Publications

Once the user has joined DECOFLAT SL's page, they may publish comments, links, images, or photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user must be the owner of such content, enjoy copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties in all cases. Any publication on the page, whether it be text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that goes against or is likely to go against morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringes, violates, or breaks intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the law, is expressly prohibited. In these cases, DECOFLAT SL reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

DECOFLAT SL is not responsible for the content freely published by a user.

The user should be aware that their publications will be known to other users, so they are the main responsible for their privacy.

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by DECOFLAT SL, but they will remain on the Social Network.

Contests and Promotions

DECOFLAT SL reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions, in which the user joined to its page may participate. The rules for each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be published on it. Always complying with the LSSI-CE and any other regulations applicable to it.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.

Advertising

DECOFLAT SL will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services; in any case, if it decides to process your contact data to carry out direct commercial prospecting actions, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE.

The recommendation of DECOFLAT SL's page to other users, so that they too can enjoy the promotions or be informed of its activity, will not be considered advertising.
